Refund Policy

At tanvirmrt designs, we take pride in the designs we design and are committed to customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how we handle refund requests.
1. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within 30 days of the initial logo concepts. Refunds may be considered if the final product delivered does not match the initial design brief and if all revision attempts have failed to rectify the issue.
2. Non-refundable Services
Please note that due to the nature of digital design services, we cannot offer refunds for:
• Work already commenced or completed
• Rush service fees
• Additional services purchased, such as printing or expedited delivery
3. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
• Contact us at tanvir.mr.t@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of your issue.
• Allow us 7 business days to review your request and respond with our decision.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within 30 business days.
5. Revision Policy
Before requesting a refund, we encourage clients to utilize our revision policy. We offer 5 rounds of revisions to ensure your logo meets your expectations.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided that work has not yet commenced on the design.
